I opened a case by contacting support@kidiokemedia.com and never heard back. Why is that?

Unfortunately 3D-Cart doesn't provide a spot for a return email address so when we receive it we don't have a call back number or reply email address automatically displayed. Please try resending a new support email with a way to get back in touch with you. Email is preferable. We are sorry for this inconvenience.

I entered what I wanted written in the comments section when I placed my order and they weren't followed. Why is that?

Unfortunately I just do not have the time to write out personal notes to your friends and family. This is something we just cannot do. Sorry :(

The timer on my sound book seems to be moving too fast or starting incorrectly. What should I do?

This typically means that the batteries are weak. The batteries we include unfortunately are not designed to last as long as typical premium brands. Try replacing with Energizer or Duracell. That should do the trick.

Do the illustrations/animation renderings in the sound book actually portray what the artist was describing when writing their song?

No. We (Kidioke Media) have created our own adaptation to the song. In no way are we trying to express the artist’s vision other than to portray the literal translation.

In the app, the image on the saved video I made has been flipped sideways. Any reason that would happen?

Yes, once you have started the video and are recording you cannot change from portrait to landscape and vice versa. The camera on your iPhone is not designed to pick up the change so the image will be sideways if changed mid song. Please choose portrait or landscape prior to making your recording and keep it that way for the duration.

What is the purpose of the second markers that appear on the pages in my Kidioke Sound Book?

The second markers are to coincide with the digital LED timer on your book’s sound module. Once the timer reaches that second marker, the reader/singer is alerted when to sing the next verse – much like karaoke.

Is there a phone number I can call to contact customer service in regards to my Children's Sound Book or App?

Yes, you can reach us at 862-246-6094 or you can relay correspondence via email to support@kidiokemedia.com. Please give 1-2 business days for a response.

Is the Kidioke app available for Android?

No, unfortunately it is not. We just don't have the capital right now with this being a start-up to create this for another platform. Hopefully soon!

What is Bed Rock Anthems?

Bed Rock Anthems is just another name we will use in the likely event that we will be expanding our product base outside of just children's sound books and apps.

Why is my sound book, Lullabye not sung by Billy Joel?

Unfortunately we were unable to acquire the Master Rights to this song. We were disappointed but we feel we were able to get a great cover version.

Does Kidioke Media ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally but you will be required to pay for shipping charges. We do however set a flat rate which is lower than you would normally pay if you opt to purchase 3 books or more.

How do I make a request for Kidioke's next sound book/app title?

Simply email us at support@kidiokemedia.com with your request and I'll be sure to keep that in mind when selecting rights to our next product!

Why is there an approximation symbol next to the second markers and why isn't my sound module synced perfectly?

Simply put, different battery brands put out different battery output and as the battery weakens over time cues are changed by milliseconds which eventually can add up and cause a very slight lag in the timing. We have done our level best to make it as accurate as possible.

How do I purchase books if I am a retailer?

We actually have entered parameters in the website where certain discounts are given based on cases ordered. There are discounted based on order of 24, 72, and 144 books. If you have questions, please email us at support@kidiokemedia.com.

What is your return policy?

All sales are final and returns are only available for defective items reported within 30 days after purchase. All defective items must be shipped back to us prior to any refund or replacement.

How to return online orders

If your Kidioke Sound Book is defective, you may exchange or return your product. Shipping costs will always be the responsibility of the consumer with the exception of defective products returned to us within 30 days of the original shipment date to you. There are no exceptions to this rule. Once you have mailed back your defective product, we will then either credit your account for a refund or ship you a new one at no cost to you. However, if we determine that the product is not defective or simply not working as a result of damage or mishandling, then NO REFUND OR EXCHANGE will be permitted. If you then want your original product back barring this determination, we will ship it back to you but only at the customer’s expense. We highly advise that you ship back your Kidioke Sound Books in a manner similar to the way we had shipped it to you. Use plenty of packaging materials and make sure the item is secure and safe for shipment.
